If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue your use of the applicable Services.

Additional terms may apply to particular programs, events, purchases, or activities. When applicable, those additional terms will supplement these Terms.

The availability, format, content, and schedule of our Services may change over time. References to More than Conquerors™️ identify a program, brand, or collection of resources offered in connection with our work. Intellectual property rights in that brand and its materials may belong to a separate legal entity. Ownership of particular materials does not transfer to participants through their participation in our Services.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to provide accurate information when registering for or using our Services and to keep your account information reasonably current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.

Unless a specific program states otherwise, participants must be at least 18 years old or have the legally required permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Certain programs may establish additional eligibility requirements. Participants must satisfy the requirements communicated for those programs.

You agree to use our Services lawfully, respectfully, and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

  1. COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

We seek to foster a respectful, encouraging, educational, and faith-centered environment.

When participating in our online groups, virtual meetings, live activities, or other Services, you agree to:

  • Treat other participants, speakers, staff, volunteers, and representatives with respect.
  • Communicate honestly and respectfully, including when you disagree with another person’s opinions or interpretation of Scripture.
  • Refrain from harassment, threats, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, and abusive conduct.
  • Avoid sharing another participant’s private information, personal stories, contact information, or communications without appropriate permission.
  • Refrain from posting unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or deliberately harmful content.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of the Organization, speakers, other participants, and third parties.
  • Follow reasonable instructions provided by event hosts, moderators, facilitators, and program leaders.
  • Refrain from disrupting meetings, repeatedly interrupting others, spamming, soliciting without permission, or using our communities for unauthorized commercial purposes.
  • Avoid representing personal opinions as official statements of the Organization unless authorized to do so.

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law and any applicable contractual obligations, to moderate discussions, remove inappropriate content, restrict access to particular activities, suspend participation, or terminate access when we reasonably determine that conduct violates these Terms or threatens the safety, privacy, or orderly operation of our Services.

Where appropriate, we may provide a warning or an opportunity to correct conduct. However, we are not required to provide a warning before taking action when immediate action is reasonably necessary.

  1. ONLINE GROUPS AND VIRTUAL ACTIVITIES

Online groups and virtual activities may use third-party platforms, including video conferencing services, social media platforms, learning platforms, email services, or community applications.

Your participation may also be subject to the terms, privacy policies, and community standards of those third-party platforms.

You understand that online communications may not be completely private or secure. Other participants may be able to view information you share, and we cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality.

Please exercise care when sharing personal, professional, financial, family, health-related, or other sensitive information.

Unless expressly authorized, participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share private group discussions, virtual meetings, presentations, or other participant contributions in a manner that violates privacy rights, applicable law, or the stated rules of an activity.

Where recording is planned, we will provide notice as appropriate. Participation in a recorded activity may be subject to additional consent, release, or recording terms.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to online activities. Technical difficulties, internet outages, platform disruptions, or other circumstances may affect participation.

  1. LIVE EVENTS, WORKSHOPS, AND IN-PERSON ACTIVITIES

Participation in an in-person event or activity requires compliance with event instructions, venue requirements, applicable laws, and reasonable safety procedures.

Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and personal belongings unless otherwise expressly stated. You agree to behave responsibly and to follow reasonable directions from event personnel.

The Organization may modify event schedules, speakers, locations, formats, or activities when reasonably necessary. If a material change or cancellation affects a paid registration, any refund, credit, rescheduling, or other remedy will be governed by the applicable event-specific policy and applicable law.

Participants are responsible for assessing their own ability to participate safely in an activity and for communicating relevant accommodation requests through the designated contact channel.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any duty or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. EDUCATIONAL, FAITH-BASED, AND WELLNESS DISCLAIMERS

Our Services may include educational information, Christian teaching, prayer, encouragement, personal development, professional learning, and general information related to emotional well-being.

Our materials are provided for educational, informational, inspirational, and faith-based purposes. They are not a substitute for individualized professional advice.

Unless a specific service is expressly provided by a properly qualified professional acting in that capacity, our Services do not constitute medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.

Prayer, Bible study, mentorship, coaching, peer discussion, and educational activities are not substitutes for appropriate professional care.

You are responsible for deciding whether information or suggestions are appropriate for your circumstances. If you have a medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional concern, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

If you or another person faces an immediate safety emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services or qualified crisis support provider.

We do not promise that participation will produce a particular spiritual, emotional, professional, educational, financial, or personal outcome.

  1. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We strive to provide useful, thoughtful, and encouraging Services. However, individual experiences and results will vary.

Testimonials, personal stories, examples, illustrations, and descriptions of participant experiences represent individual experiences and should not be understood as guarantees of similar results.

Your outcomes may depend on factors outside our control, including your circumstances, decisions, participation, resources, and implementation of information provided.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERMITTED USE

Unless otherwise indicated, materials provided through our Services—including text, graphics, logos, videos, presentations, workbooks, lesson planners, courses, downloads, publications, training materials, and other content—are owned by or licensed to Natasha Pittman, N. Pittman Enterprises, LLC., Blessed Newbie, or the Organization.  Some materials may be associated with the More than Conquerors™️ brand or other intellectual property owned by N. Pittman Enterprises, LLC, Blessed Newbie or another rights holder.

Your purchase, registration, donation, membership, or participation does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Unless a separate written license expressly permits otherwise, you may use materials provided to you only for your personal, noncommercial use or for the specific educational or organizational purpose authorized by the applicable license.

You may not, without appropriate written permission:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our materials.
  • Upload paid or restricted resources to public websites or unauthorized file-sharing platforms.
  • Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or other ownership notices.
  • Modify or create derivative works from protected materials for unauthorized distribution.
  • Present our materials as your original work.
  • Use our name, logo, trademarks, or other brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or authorization when none exists.

Teachers and other educators may use materials in classrooms or other educational settings only to the extent permitted by the applicable license or written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

  1. PARTICIPANT SUBMISSIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS

You retain ownership of content you independently create, subject to any third-party rights and applicable agreements.

If you submit comments, questions, suggestions, testimonials, photographs, videos, or other content to us, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.

You grant the Organization permission to use content you voluntarily submit for the specific purpose for which it was provided.

We will not assume that a private testimony, personal story, photograph, video, or other identifiable participant contribution may be used in public marketing merely because it was shared with us.

Public use of identifiable testimonials, photographs, recordings, or other participant contributions may require additional permission or a separate release, as applicable.

You may not submit content that infringes another person’s rights, violates applicable law, or breaches a confidentiality obligation.

  1. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may collect information necessary to operate our website, process registrations and purchases, communicate with participants, administer programs, maintain records, and fulfill our organizational responsibilities.

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, when available.

Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

We take reasonable steps to protect information entrusted to us, but no website, online platform, email system, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, confidential student records, or other sensitive information through an unapproved communication channel.

We may use third-party service providers to support our activities, subject to applicable agreements and law.

  1. WEBSITE CONTENT AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website or Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, products, or services.

These links are provided for convenience or informational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not own or control those third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability, or practices.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful information but do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, error-free, or available.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website features or Services, subject to applicable law and any applicable contractual obligations.

  1. REGISTRATION, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Certain Services may require registration, payment, a subscription, or another form of enrollment.

Before completing a purchase or registration, review the applicable price, program description, payment terms, access period, cancellation conditions, and refund policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are payable in the amount and manner displayed at checkout or communicated in the applicable program terms.

Refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, digital product access, merchandise returns, and event transfers are governed by the applicable written policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

If you have a question about a payment, registration, cancellation, or refund, contact us using the contact information provided below.

  1. DONATIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS

If you choose to make a donation or charitable contribution, the terms applicable to that contribution will be communicated during the donation process or in the relevant gift documentation.

A donation is not necessarily a purchase and does not automatically entitle the donor to products, services, access, recognition, or other benefits.

Where a contribution provides goods, services, sponsorship benefits, or other consideration in return, its treatment may differ from that of a contribution made without receiving something of value in exchange.

Any statement concerning deductibility for federal income tax purposes will depend on applicable law and the facts of the contribution.

Please consult your tax advisor regarding the treatment of a particular contribution.

  1. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis, without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user’s needs.

To the extent permitted by law, the Organization disclaims implied warranties that may otherwise apply to the website or Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organization and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and applicable service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.

Any additional limitation of liability applicable to a paid program or particular activity must be consistent with applicable law and any separate agreement governing that activity.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful conduct, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify the Organization for its own conduct where such indemnification would be prohibited by law.

  1. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We may suspend or terminate your access to some or all of our Services if we reasonably determine that you have materially violated these Terms, created a safety or privacy concern, engaged in unlawful conduct, or disrupted our programs or community.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the concern.

Termination of access does not eliminate payment obligations or other responsibilities that arose before termination.

Any rights to refunds, credits, or other remedies following suspension or termination will be determined under the applicable program policy and applicable law.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, Services, technology, or legal obligations.

The revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying material changes.

Your continued use of the applicable Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revisions to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any valid separate agreement governing the particular Service.

Nothing in this section prevents a participant from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
