1. DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

 

2. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be considered when:

  • The purchaser is unable to access or download the purchased product; and
  • The issue is caused by a verified technical problem; and
  • Blessed Newbie is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period of time.

3. NO REFUNDS AFTER ACCESS

Once any portion of a digital product has been accessed, viewed, streamed, downloaded, or consumed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

 

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

All course materials, downloads, videos, graphics, presentations, worksheets, templates, and educational content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, distribution, resale, or public display is strictly prohibited.

 

5. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Blessed Newbie reserves the right to terminate access to any purchaser who violates these Terms and Conditions. Termination may occur without notice and without refund.

 

6. FUTURE PURCHASE RESTRICTIONS

Individuals who violate these Terms may be prohibited from purchasing future products, services, memberships, or courses offered by Blessed Newbie.

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blessed Newbie, Academy for Junior Champions of Faith, Inc., N. Pittman Enterprises, LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of any digital product.

 

8. ATTORNEY FEES

In any action brought to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and related expenses to the extent permitted under Georgia law.

 

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
